Compassionate psychiatry focused on helping you find your path to healing.

About VITO PATHWAYS®

VITO PATHWAYS® Psychiatry & Behavioral Health was founded by Dr. Jennie E. Zavaleta, DNP, PMHNP-BC on the belief that mental health care should be compassionate, accessible, and centered on the whole person.

The name VITO, meaning life, was inspired by the name of Dr. Zavaleta’s firstborn son. It reflects her belief that individuals can grow stronger through life’s challenges and transitions when supported with the right care, knowledge, and guidance.

This philosophy inspired the practice’s name and guiding vision: VITO PATHWAYS® — a place where individuals are supported as they navigate life’s pathways toward healing and resilience.

Our approach to care is built upon four core cornerstones:

Psychoeducation, Medication Management, Patient Empowerment, and Collaborative Therapeutic Strategies.
