This model is for patients who have chronic psychiatric conditions and need frequent visits to adjust medication until stabilization and/or are in need of supportive psychotherapy and psychoeducation to cope with external triggers. Membership offers these services without the added costs of frequent visits for patients who do not have insurance coverage or for whom we are out-of-network. We follow up with our patients within one-to-two weeks after the initial psychiatric evaluation and then one month after the first subsequent visit for further evaluation, ordering of labs / EKG / Tempus / GeneSight tests, and adjustment of medication(s) as clinically indicated. Along with the aforementioned services, we will add psychoeducation and supportive psychotherapy during each subsequent visit until establishing stability.
