This model is for patients who have chronic psychiatric conditions and need frequent visits to adjust medication until stabilization and/or are in need of supportive psychotherapy and psychoeducation to cope with external triggers. Membership offers these services without the added costs of frequent visits for patients who do not have insurance coverage or for whom we are out-of-network. We follow up with our patients within one-to-two weeks after the initial psychiatric evaluation and then one month after the first subsequent visit for further evaluation, ordering of labs / EKG / Tempus / GeneSight tests, and adjustment of medication(s) as clinically indicated. Along with the aforementioned services, we will add psychoeducation and supportive psychotherapy during each subsequent visit until establishing stability. Please send us an inquiry via the contact form under the Contact Us tab for further information about membership fees.
Integrative psychiatry and Holistic approach
Through an integrative and holistic approach, we consider the whole person—mind, body, lifestyle, culture, and lived experience. Treatment may include thoughtful medication management, lifestyle optimization, personalized diet planning, targeted nutritional supplementation, and collaborative care when appropriate.
We also recognize the powerful connection between metabolic health, inflammation, hormonal balance, and mental well-being—particularly in ADHD, mood disorders, and perinatal mental health.
Our care is patient-centered, culturally sensitive, and designed to support clarity, resilience, and lasting well-being at every stage of life.
Diagnostic Tests
As part of your comprehensive care, laboratory testing may be ordered through Quest Diagnostics, and EKGs may be completed through local clinics when clinically indicated.
GeneSight or Tempus Genetic Test as clinically indicated upon thorough psychiatric and psychotropic history evaluations. This is a pharmacogenomic test that analyzes clinically important genetic variations that may affect outcomes with certain medications that are commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia disorder, and other mental health conditions.
Results often give providers information about which medications may require dose adjustments, may be less likely to work for you, or may have an increased risk of side effects based on your genetic makeup.
Please note that the test does not provide a guarantee as to the efficacy of prescribed psychotropics; rather, it is a tool to help us understand how your body’s genetic makeup interacts with and metabolizes the medications. The test is useful because it can help us prescribe the right medication in appropriate dosages that may have fewer unwanted side effects.
