Meet the provider
I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Capella University, and completed my Post-Master’s Certification in Psychiatry and Mental Health at Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky. I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, with a special focus on perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression and anxiety.
My clinical experience spans across diverse settings—from working with children and families during the 2020 pandemic, to serving in inpatient psychiatric hospital environments. I have supported patients through grief, loss, and life transitions, and specialize in treating a wide range of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar II disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, dementia, depression, and more.
I take a holistic and preventative approach to care, creating personalized treatment plans that consider the whole person, not just a diagnosis. I believe that mental health conditions are rarely simple or singular, and each person deserves thoughtful, compassionate care that addresses both the mind and the body.
I see patients ages 6 and up, including those in the perinatal period.
Hablo español. Parte de mi enfoque en salud mental es apoyar y servir a la comunidad Latina/Hispana, brindando cuidado accesible, empático y culturalmente competente.
